OhMyShot is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RedFox Team be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use OhMyShot, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• System failures
• Business interruption

Intellectual Property

OhMyShot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RedFox Team and are protected by international copyright laws.

User Content

Screenshots and images you create using OhMyShot remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
